Yes, and it lasts for 180 days. Lux Brand has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for 180 days after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer.

Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt or order number.

It takes 1-4 days to process your order and your product will arrive within 10 to 25 business days after that. If you are shopping from within the US and want much quicker shipping, please shop on our US site.

International Shipping – $10

We offer free returns 14 days from the purchase of your watch.

Use our contact form to get in touch and please provide us with your order number. Once we receive your shipment and verify that it is unworn and has no blemishes or signs of wear, a full refund will be issued.
